Please note that this is only for the prequalification process. Once you've submitted your form to us, you will be contacted on whether you've been approved at a later date. At that time you will be sent an Application Package. The Application package will ask you to provide following documentation for both the Borrower and Co-Borrower in order to process the request for debt restructuring:
- Completed Hardship Letter: Your lender wants to understand what the problem was that caused the delinquency, and how you have solved or intent to solve the problem. In other words, tell what caused the problem and why it won't happen again. The letter should be detailed. Note that we will consider this letter as a DRAFT and will help you if necessary. If this case is a short sale or a deed in lieu, explain why you cannot afford the property or will not make any more payments.
- Completed and fully executed Application Package.
- A Signed "Authorization to Represent" form(s) for each lender. Be sure to complete the information about your lender(s) (Loan number, address, and phone).
- Mortgage statement or coupon and all legal notices you have recieved from your lender(s).
- Two most recent Paycheck Stubs for Borrower and Co-Borrower. Verification of any other source of income (example: Rental agreements, Social Security benefit statements, and so forth).
- Past two years W-2's or 1099's for Borrower and Co-Borrower.
- Most recent two months checking account bank statements for Borrower and Co-Borrower.
- For Self Employed: Provide the most recent 2 years of signed and dated Federal Tax returns including all schedules, profit and loss statement for the past 3 months, mortgage statement or coupon for each loan, completed hardship letter, most recent 3 months of personal and business checking account statements for borrower and co-borrower (cover sheets only - showing the summary of deposits and debits).
- Cashier's check or money order made payable to: Home Rescue Programs, LLC
